Multi-account assignments
Bulk Business Debt Recovery & Portfolio Collections
Recovering 400 overdue invoices is not the same operational problem as recovering one invoice 400 times.
Discuss your business accounts ↗WHO THIS HELPS
Finance teams holding substantial aged receivables and recovery partners looking for planned batches, consistent reporting and agreed escalation controls.
Proposed service, not live onboarding: Avencrest is in development. The website explains the intended approach; enquiries and account instructions are not yet accepted electronically.
Segment before acting
Group accounts by amount, age, invoice quality, contactability, dispute status and collection history. Larger values are not always harder to collect, and indiscriminate contact campaigns can make reconciliation worse.
Agree the allocation and workflow
Set file formats, unique references, suppression and duplication controls, failed-contact steps, debtor replies and authority limits before any agents access the ledger.
Use a portfolio-level dashboard
Track volumes allocated, contacted, disputed, resolved and paid, including realised collections and elapsed days by segment. Make exceptions visible to the creditor so issues are not hidden in an aggregate recovery percentage.
Price against capacity and risk
High-volume collections may justify lower activity rates, a fixed managed-service fee, an attribution-based commission, or a hybrid contract. Avencrest would provide a bespoke proposal only after seeing anonymised case volumes and agreeing compliance requirements.
What to prepare before an instruction
- Aged-ledger breakdown and sample data fields
- Secure import, access-control and removal procedures
- Communication rules and exception escalation
- Commercial fee schedule and client reporting dates
A question we often expect
Can a portfolio include any kind of debt?
Not automatically. Commercial contract debts, regulated agreements, sole-trader debts and legally disputed claims can engage different obligations. Every portfolio requires screening.
