Management KPIs and caveats

  • DSO: debtor days measure depending on the selected accounting formula; interpretation depends on billing mix and period.
  • Ageing movement: opening overdue balance, additions, cleared receipts, credits and closing balance, reconciled to client records.
  • Promise kept rate: promises due and cleared on time, with missed commitments visible separately.
  • Dispute value: number, cause, age and current owner of unresolved account queries.
  • Risk alerts: exposures above creditor-set limits or deteriorating payment behaviour, for client decision—not automated credit refusal.
  • Cash forecast inputs: customer-stated payment dates labelled uncertain, not guaranteed future cash flows.

CSV files are demonstrative; do not upload them to a client ledger as real records.
